7 Bad Habits Are Dangerous For Workaholic

Working too hard is certainly not good for health. This is because the work addict doing bad things that make their lives increasingly unhealthy.

People are working too hard is usually forgotten a good habits. As expressed by George Griffing, m.d., Professor of internal medicine at Saint Louis University, hard-working can be a bad effect on health.

“A lot of people working hard to achieve financial success. However, the high pressure of work and hours of work that are too long can actually threaten your health in the long period of time, “says George Griffing, m.d., Professor of internal medicine at Saint Louis University, as quoted from the Times of India.

Those crazy interns, often do bad things that make their health declines day by day. Here are seven bad habits a ‘ workaholic ‘ that must be removed:

1. Forget to relax

Pass the time relaxing can cause stress. High levels of stress make someone become unproductive. But if you want to take the time to relax for a moment, can you be more alert and motivated.

2. Choose fast food

Between meetings, conference calls and deadlines work often makes you choose fast food is not nutritious. Not just skip eating healthy, usually workaholics also eat in a state of haste. Eating in a hurry to make the nutrients are not absorbed well by the body.

Take the time to choose healthy foods and eat calmly. Packed with a relaxed and unhurried making nutrient content of food consumed will be easily absorbed by the body and makes a person more productive, especially for creating brilliant ideas.

3. Delay sleep to work

A professional super busy kept need to rest as much as seven to nine hours of sleep each night. Loss of sleep can cause irritability, difficulty concentrating and memory problems. The condition also can trigger obesity.

4. No time to exercise

Another habit that often left workhorse is a sport. Though the exercise will add vitality that can affect both the long-term health. Preferably, exercising at least 30 minutes each day.

5. Keep working despite the pain

Many people come to the Office to work despite the pain. There are three important reasons why you should be at home when sick. First, if you go to the Office, you will pass the disease on to other co-workers. Second, you have certainly become less productive and Third, you need a break to recover body condition to be able to work better after recovering.

6. Too much consumption of coffee

When the work is often accompanied with a cup of coffee to eliminate sleepiness. Although coffee can help restore back your productivity, but avoid drinking more than 3 cups of coffee each day. Excessive coffee consumption can lead to hypertension, heart palpitations and insomnia.

7. Skip the annual health checks

Busy people often do not take into health checked periodically. Whereas a regular health Check-up is done to detect important disease early on. This is useful in order to get the best care if proven to have less healthy body condition. You also need to know what is happening in the body.
